Paul told the Young Evangelist, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."

• Conley-Luther/Navarez Debate
  
  This four-night debate between Darrell Conley (of the Church of Christ) and Michael Luther and Robert Narvaez (both of the Catholic Church) was conducted August 14-17, 1995 in San Antonio, Texas. Conley affirmed that the Church of Christ is the one true church of the New Testament and salvation is to be found in it alone. Luther and Narvaez affirmed the Catholic Church is the one true church and salvation is to be found in it alone.
